In daily cell experiment, the cell freezing and cell thawing are very common,.

If we will not use cell in very long time, we will freeze the cell in cell freezing container and store in liquid nitrogen.

But we should thaw the cells before use the cells again.

Gerneral speaking, the researcher will thawing the cells in 37 ℃ water bath, but to avoide the water pollution, we would better pack the vial with film like PE glove. It is very convenient when we only have 1 or 2 samples to ready. If we have 10 or more cells will be cultured in this experiament,  it will be difficult if we still thawing the cells in water bath.
